In 2014, the deal of this contract was closed. According to the terms, Nokia wouldn&#8217;t manufacture any mobile phones along with the temporary commitment of the disappearance of their brand. So, what was the main reasons for this? Firstly, Apple and Android defeated it. Specifically, Nokia was a hardware company rather than a software company. Their experts were excellent at building physical devices, but not the programs that make those devices work. For example, the generations of Nokia Lumia ran Microsoft operating system, and there were so many unavailable apps.<\/p>\n<p>While Apple and Samsung, they manufacture not only sleek and charming smartphones but also various and helpful apps to cater for users&#8217; need. That might be the main reason for Nokia to gradually lost its market share and foothold in this fierce industry. Another primary factor attributed to Nokia&#8217;s failure is their overestimation. The company was so complacent about their brands.
