Even in its additional DLC, The Last of Us: Left Behind, the story can easily move us into tears. It was sort of a nice break time, for us to get away from the grim and dark settings the main game puts us in. Ellie, and her new friend Riley, were able to pretend just for a short while that they were normal kids playing with each other, rather than being survivors f a post-apocalyptic world filled with zombies.<\/p>\n<p>In the &#8220;Fun and Games&#8221; chapter of the DLC, we got introduced to the water gun, and have a very nice story about it. However, have you ever imagined using this water gun on the zombies? Well, YouTuber Freako certainly thought of this, and tried a few tricks to see what it would look like in-game. It turns out quite spectacularly and quite weirdly at the same time: the zombies from The Last of Us don&#8217;t like being soaked in water! It sounds complicated, but the result is very interesting: you can kill zombies by some strangely rendered water! The zombies just sort of falls down when the water touches them, and leaving some weird animation glitches on screen. Water in mid-air? It defies all logic! Still, the mod provides a nice change of experience.<\/p>\n<h3>The Last of Us water gun mod: Light fun in a heavy game<\/h3>\n<p>Even with that small light-hearted fun, The Last of Us is still a dark and heavy game, story-wise. However, it is precisely the story that makes it so loveable.
