This news brings\u00a0joy to both smartphone users and the technology world. On the one hand, Nokia is a legend that has been convinced by history. On the other hand, another brand stepping into\u00a0the market means the harsher the\u00a0competition is. Smartphone users will get benefit from this race when all manufacturers have to enhance their product quality. But it would be a bumpy road for Nokia.<\/p>\n<p>Referring to Nokia&#8217;s &#8220;myth&#8221;, they used to\u00a0dominate the market with 41 million units sold each year, profits increased by 75% per year at the end of the 20th century.\u00a0But these are the early days of the mobile world. Less than a decade later, the user has witnessed the fall\u00a0of Nokia smartphone brands, from high-end Lumia line to the &#8220;loser\u00a0child&#8221; Nokia X.\u00a0Nokia seems to realize the downside of Window OS that\u00a0they move to\u00a0the Android for return. Though, these\u00a0prestigious product seem\u00a0&#8220;irrelevant&#8221; in the current mobile village.\u00a0They are all expect Nokia phones with powerful specs, duarable with a reasonable price. But\u00a03 recently leaked devices (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pricepony.com.ph\/blog\/nokia-pixel\/\" target=\"_blank\">Nokia Pixel<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pricepony.com.ph\/blog\/nokia-mid-range-phones\/\" target=\"_blank\">Nokia Ara and Nokia C2-00 PureView<\/a>) are just\u00a0low-end phones. Nokia D1C seems to have the highest specs which are far too low compared to that of most Chinese&#8217;s phones now.<\/p>\n<h3>Obstacles for Nokia return:\u00a0Market Share<\/h3>\n<p>In other words, the story of Nokia\u00a0is similar to BlackBerry, both have the characteristic design, a specific operating system, then move to Android without outstanding\u00a0design\u00a0or configuration then lose all the market into other brands&#8217; hand. Will\u00a0Nokia be\u00a0drowned among hundreds of other devices.\u00a0Smartphone market almost doesn&#8217;t grow from Q2\/2015 till now at just 0.3% during last\u00a0year. Apple and Samsung are controlling the high-end segment while Chinese companies are ruling the mid-range and low-end line.
