In details, many users stated that their handsets, mainly iPhone 6 and iPhone 7, decreased their performances peak with the recent update. Apple has released a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pricepony.com.ph\/blog\/apple-admits-slowing-older-iphones\/\">statement<\/a> about this situation. The American tech giant admitted to reducing their Apple iPhone speed purposely.<br \/>\nAs for a reason, they claimed that this is a feature to help protect iPhone against the ageing batteries problems. Since the old <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Lithium-ion_battery\">Lithium-ion<\/a> can lead to problems to the smartphones, such as shutdowns that could turn into a hardware damage and other issues. While this is a &#8220;good cause&#8221;, many iPhone users have a negative feeling about Apple&#8217;s decision. Previously, two students from USC\u2019s law school have filed a lawsuit in the Central District Court of California. They claimed that Apple slowing down their old iPhones is \u201cdeemed purposeful, and if proven forms the unlawful and decisive withholding of material information.\u201d And now, a new lawsuit is coming at Apple&#8217;s direction. According to it, Apple should have let their users decide what to do with their iPhone. Whether the battery has aged and started working slowly, the choice of changing or keeping it belongs to its owners.<\/p>\n<h3>Apple is facing lawsuits problem: a bad way to end 2017!<\/h3>\n<p>It looks like Apple is having a rough year, concerning the long battle between Apple and Qualcomm, and the iPhone X bad sales.
