Previously, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pricepony.com.ph\/blog\/samsung-galaxy-note-8-battery-issue-2\/\">Samsung Galaxy Note 8 had already posted a problem with the battery<\/a>. At the moment, some Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+ claim that these flagships are having some problem with the screen. The Lock Screen of these smartphones wakes up randomly while they are charging. Furthermore, some users even report that their phone wakes up every 10 seconds.<\/p>\n<p>This problem happens not long after these Samsung flagships were launched last year. Even though when you try the hard reset, turning off the connectivity options or even switching to safe mode, the issue cannot be resolved. This weird issue makes the battery box draining quickly. In particular, the issue only arises when the phone is in the wireless charging status. Meanwhile, regular charging does not cause this issue. Furthermore, some smartphone users also report that<a href=\"https:\/\/www.phonearena.com\/news\/Some-Galaxy-Note-8-phones-wont-charge-or-turn-on-when-battery-reaches-0_id101087\"> Samsung Galaxy Note 8 does not charge if its battery reaches 0%.<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>The solution for the screen wake up problems of Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus<\/h3>\n<p>At the moment, there is no official response from Samsung about this problem yet. We hope to hear from them soon. The temporary solution at the moment is that you avoid using the wireless charging if your phone is having this issues.
