In details, they said that the fingerprint scanners stop working on them many times. Furthermore, some people also claimed that the fingerprint menu disappears from the settings menu. Could this be a security problem too? For some Razer owners, they need to perform a costly factory reset to fix the issue. But not all of them are that lucky.<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, the extensive gaming from the users also caused the Razer Phone&#8217;s display to perform worse. In details, the screen turns dim and illegible; some other users also have a flickering display issue. Under the hood, the Razer phone takes power from an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset. In terms of the storage, Razer Phone has 8GB RAM and 64GB ROM, which is expandable to 2TB. Furthermore, Razer Phone camera offers dual 13MP+12MP primary snapper with apertures of f\/1.75 and f\/2.6. Besides, Razer Phone selfie camera gets 8MP dual-color LED Flash. Lastly, this handset runs on Android 7.1.1 (Nougat) and has a 4000mAh battery box.<\/p>\n<h3>Razer Phone issue: when will the fix arrive?<\/h3>\n<p>The good news is that Razer has confirmed to be working on these issues.
