Furthermore, there were many complaints about suspicious activity on their credit cards or Paypal accounts. According to many reports, the first fraud action took place just within a year after OnePlus users used their credit card to purchase OnePlus\u2019 products on the official website store.<\/p>\n<p>After investigating on the OnePlus website hacked issue, the company has released their statement on the problem. In the period between November to January 11th, up to 40.000 users information has been stolen. This includes card number, expiry date and even security code. Moreover, they also should review the bank statements and stay alert if there are any irregular charges. You can also contact OnePlus support team if you want further assistance. On the other hand, the Chinese brand is also looking into providing their affected users one year of free credit monitoring. Once there are any shady transactions, the system is going to alert you immediately. On one side, OnePlus is now working with a cybersecurity firm to enhance their security systems.
