Apparently,\u00a0it&#8217;s a little bit different from the previous case. Micromax have an exclusivity deal with Cynogen. And according to them,\u00a0Micromax was given an exclusive licence to create\u00a0and distribute Cyanogen\u2019s technology as a part of its devices in India.\u00a0Micromax has an exclusive licence for South Asia while OnePlus has a non-exclusive licence for the other\u00a0countries, not China. <em>&#8220;Micromax incurred major expenses for creation of a brand exclusivity for providing to Indian customers mobile phones with Cyanogen operating systems. The Shenzen-based startup said its regret \u201c<em>the inconvenience this causes to OnePlus fans in India who have patiently waited for the opportunity to purchase the One\u201d, said the Shenzen-based.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We have known\u00a0before from OnePlus that the company is working on its own Android ROM, which was predicted\u00a0to be available later this month.
