If you have been struggling for the whole time, now it seems that we have a solution. On Wednesday, Facebook and Instagram said they want to help you take control of this issue. According to a statement, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pricepony.com.ph\/blog\/?s=facebook\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">social media giants<\/a>, now Facebook and Instagram later, have announced: &#8220;new tools to help people manage time&#8221; spent on the platforms.<\/p>\n<p>On the other side, among the tools are a way to limit notifications. Furthermore, there also exists a dashboard that allows users to keep track of how much time they have spent on the platforms. Also, these tools give people more control over the time they spend on our platforms.
