Xiaomi Cactus smartphone appears with Android 8.1, Mediatek P40 chip!

Previously, we have spotted the arrival of one new Xiaomi phone under the name Valentino with 6GB RAM, dual camera. You can read more about this Xiaomi phone HERE! On the other hand, another budget-friendly Xiaomi phone also makes it into the Geekbench website today. For now, this handset carries the codename  Cactus. According to the list, the Xiaomi phone features the Mediatek’s P40 (MT6765) chipset.

On the other hand, the Xiaomi smartphone has its CPU to be clocked at 2.0 GHz. Regarding the storage, the Xiaomi Cactus specs offer 2GB RAM and probably 16GB ROM. Additionally, there is also a microSD card which can expand up to 256GB. As for the operating system, Xiaomi Cactus seems to come running on Android 8.1 Oreo and MIUI 9 on top. In the single-core test, the Cactus phone scored a total of 802.

Additionally, Xiaomi Cactus has recorded a score of 2334 in the multi-core test. According to our sources, the Xiaomi smartphone can be the 2 GB and 3 GB RAM editions of the alleged Redmi 5X. In term of the photography system, Xiaomi Cactus camera sports dual 12 MP (f/2.2, 26mm, 1.25µm) + 12 MP (f/2.6, 50mm, 1µm), phase detection autofocus, 2x optical zoom, dual-LED dual-tone flash, check quality. On the front, this Xiaomi phone equips another 5 MP, 1080p. As for other features, there are geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, HDR, and panorama. On the other hand, this Xiaomi phone can come with a non-removable Li-Ion 3080 mAh battery. Lastly, the Cactus handset’s sensor includes fingerprint (rear-mounted), accelerometer, gyro, proximity.
