Xiaomi rolls out Xiaomi Mi A1 Android Oreo update!

In January 2017, Xiaomi has introduced another member of their Mi family: the Xiaomi Mi A1. In details, Xiaomi Mi A1 specs sport a 5.5-inch LTPS IPS LCD. Moreover, the Mi A1 screen also has the resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels and 16:9 ratio. Under the hood, this Xiaomi handset takes power from a Qualcomm MSM8953 Snapdragon 625 chipset and 4GB RAM. Regarding the storage, Xiaomi Mi A1 offers 64GB ROM, which is expandable up to 256GB via microSD card.

Moreover, this Xiaomi phone rocks a non-removable Li-Ion 3080mAh battery. In term of the photography, Xiaomi Mi A1 camera includes a dual 12MP (f/2.2, 26mm, 1.25 µm) + 12MP (f/2.6, 50mm, 1 µm) primary snapper. For selfie fans, there is also a 5MP (1080p) secondary shooter. Previously, Xiaomi has delayed the Android Oreo upgrade on the Mi A1 due to some problems. Specifically, the Xiaomi device’s battery will go from 0% to 100% in 92 minutes instead of 2 hours of charging time before. On the other hand, the test for this fast charging capability of Xiaomi Mi A1 used OnePlus’ Dash Charger. Besides that, the beta upgrade for Xiaomi Mi A1 also brings the shorter app-loading time, smoother animations and better cameras.
