According to our sources, the Mix 2s is a beautiful device just like its predecessor. In details, the new Snapdragon 845 chipset promises a notable performance boost over its 835 predecessors without harming battery life. Further, the new dual 12MP camera setup with an IMX363 sensor under the hood and a second telephoto camera. From the front, the Mi Mix 2s is a real eye-catcher thanks to the 5.99-inch, 1080p, 18:9 display with rounded corners.

In details, the screen is still an LCD panel with tiny top notch and an under-display speaker. Meanwhile, the device feels sturdy thanks to a metal frame and a Gorilla Glass on the front and a ceramic back (scratch-resistant). Moreover, the dual 12MP moves to the top left corner with the IMX363 sensor. Concerning the battery life, Xiaomi has kept the 3,400mAh pack with better battery endurance.

On the other hand, another new addition to the Mix 2S is Qi wireless charging. Further, Xiaomi thinks this is the first time going with charging through ceramic, which draws up to 7.5W of power. Moreover, Dual Pixel autofocus features bigger pixels at 1.40 µm, which results in more light, less noise and better focus in low-light conditions.
