Gionee S9 launched: 3D Touch display

As we have mentioned in earlier post, today is Gionee S9 launched in China. So, let’s have a closer look at what Gionee S9 specs will come with. Design-wise, Gionee S9 comes in slim body which is 7.4-mm thick and 168g weight. In addition, the phone exhibits three options of color: Black, Gold, Rose Gold.

The handset mounts a 5.5 display that has the resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels together with LCD screen type carrying a 2.5D curved glass on top. Likewise iPhone 6s, 6s Plus and Gionee S8, Gionee S9 also features 3D Touch technology for display. As far as the processor is under concern, Gionee S9 is powered by MediaTek P10 chipset which paired with 1.8GHz octa-core CPU. In terms of performance, here comes a 4GB of RAM along with Android OS, v6.0.1 (Marshmallow) installed out of the box. Moreover, in order to save data, the phone offers 64GB of ROM. For those who are seeking for additional storage, this device also offers microSD card slot for expanding the storage up to 256GB.

As regard to camera function, Gionee equips its device with a dual (13MP + 5MP) main camera. Alongside, there is also a 13MP sensor for selfie lovers which is one of the best selfie camera available at the present. To keep the light on, the smartphone exploits its power from a 3000mAh juice pack. Other Gionee S9 features  include 4G LTE, GPS, Bluetooth, USB and Wifi.
