Huawei P8 Specs For tech-geeks

The Huawei phone is powered by 3GB of RAM, 16/64GB of storage, and a 2,600 mAh battery that gives the device, according to the company, 1.5 days of battery life with normal usage. It has 5.2” FHD Screen along with a resolution of 1080p (1920 x 1080), a generous 424ppi, 16M colors and a CPU with the latest Hisilicon Kirin 930 8-core 64bit clocked at 2.0GHz.

For camera-addicts and photographers: P8 is the world-first smartphone to feature a 4-color 13-megapixel RGBW camera image sensor. This means the images taken by this device will be 32% higher in brightness, have better contrast, and 78% less color noise in low light.

Also, with the OIS (Optical Image Stabilization) and DSLR-level of IISP (Independent Image Signal Processor), the camera takes better images of moving objects as well as recognizes scenes better and faster. And if you love to take a lot of videos of your new-born, or record everything from daily life, P8 has a Director Mode for professional video story creation.

For business people who are always on a fast pace: the P8’s new exclusive hardware and software features including Huawei Signal+ which optimizes the device’s reception even at high-speeds (e.g. on a train) may please you. Still not enough?

Then P8 also offers Huawei Voice+ that supports a loud voice mode and a wind-noise reduction mode as well as extends microphones range by up to 2 meters for conference calls. How do you feel now? Share here with us.

For aspired travelers: Check out Huawei’ Roaming+, the company’s network database that makes piggy-backing on other networks in foreign countries faster. There’s also the Smart International Dialer that automatically adds the country code of the number you’re trying to call and make your trips easier.

For absent-minded: Huawei Voice Wake Up + allows users to turn on and find their phones by using just their voice. Users need only say a user-defined phrase to switch P8 on and ask where it is. The phone’s response makes it easier for users to find their misplaced phones.

For book-worms who are addicted to reading: Huawei will release an e-ink back cover for the new smartphone with a 4.3-inch e-ink display so users can read books and other information from the screen that does no harm to their eyes.
