Earlier this month, Evan Blass tweeted about an LG phone with the codename ‘Judy’. Today, Blass once again tweeted specifically about Judy’s possible model number: LG G710. For reference, the Korean variant of the LG G6 gets model number as “G600”. As a result, it is entirely possible that LG Judy might come as the successor of LG G6. Although Blass claims that “G7” will not be Judy’s official name, this leaked model number tells a different story.

LG plans to reveal Judy later in June. Currently, LG Judy specs are a 6.1-inch, just slightly larger than the V30’s. Besides, LG Judy provides an MLCD+ screen with white sub-pixels (2880 x 1440 pixels). Previously, Vivo has sent out media invites for an event to be held at the Vivo Hangzhou Institute on March 5. In details, the invite uses the words “Unlock the Future” echoing the promotional material Vivo showcased on the APEX full-screen concept phone. Unfortunately, it seems like that won’t happen. Since we talked to Vivo at MWC 2018, and the company confirmed that it has no intention of launching the Vivo Apex, at least not anytime soon. Vivo is planning to show off the device to Chinese media on March 5, and not actually the phone.

For those of you who missed the news, the Vivo Apex is a concept smartphone works as a demo unit in Barcelona. In details, Vivo APEX specs sport a 98-percent screen-to-body ratio. In addition, the device features a slide-out front-facing camera mechanism. The feature activates when you decide to take a selfie, and switches to a front-facing camera in the camera app (in only 0.8 seconds). Meanwhile, OLED display is an earpiece with a third of the display functioning as an under-display fingerprint scanner, instead of a limited area.

To be fair, devices like the Xperia XA2 and XA2 Ultra hinted that Sony is looking into a curvier aesthetic. However, Sony Xperia XZ2 and XZ2 Compact are extreme so far than we expect. You still get a volume rocker, power button and dedicated shutter key from top to bottom on the right-hand side. Both get a Gorilla Glass 5 finish, while the bigger Sony Xperia XZ2 specs include Gorilla Glass 5 on both sides.

Both the Xperia XZ2 and the Sony XZ2 Compact specs feature an extra-tall aspect ratio – 18:9 and FullHD+ resolution. Sony also decided to stick to IPS LCD technology and develop HDR video support. Moreover, Sony also takes SDR video content and seamlessly tries to up-convert its colours to HDR levels during playback. Besides, S-Force Front Surround system is now 20% louder, compared to the Xperia XZ1.

The Qi wireless charging and Dynamic Vibration System are the only two the XZ2 Compact lacks, compared to its bigger sibling. Both phones are based on the same beastly Snapdragon 845 chipset, 4GB/6GB RAM, plus 64GB ROM setup, 19MP camera and 5MP selfie camera. The other novelty is world-first 4K HDR video capture on a smartphone, and Sony XZ2 duo could do 4K@60fps. The 3D creator app supports the front camera now, so you can finally make a scan of yourself without the help.
