Vivo X30: Dual cam, in-screen fingerprint scanner and more!

Previously, Vivo has officially launched the Vivo X20 in October 2017. Moreover, there is also going to be another variant of this handset with an in-screen fingerprint scanner: Vivo X20 Plus UD. However, this Chinese brand has more big plans in store for 2018. Recently, we came across more information about the Vivo X20’s successor: Vivo X30! In details, this Vivo phone is a mid-range phone with premium specs.

Regarding the design, the Vivo X30 comes with an almost bezel-less display. Moreover, there is also a small notch at the top. This area is going to store the front camera, earpiece and sensor. On the other hand, the lower chin also accommodates small bezel. With the Vivo X20 Plus UD being the first ever phone to feature an in-screen fingerprint scanner, there is a high chance that the Vivo X30 is going to be the second phone to sport this system.

Regarding Vivo X30 specs, this Vivo handset sport a 6-inch Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen. Besides, the screen also has the resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels and 18:9 ratio. Regarding the processor, this Vivo phone takes power from a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC. In term of the storage, the Vivo phone offers 4GB RAM with 64GB ROM, which is expandable up to 256GB via microSD. How about the photography? Vivo X30 camera includes a dual 12MP, f/1.8 + 8MP rear snapper with autofocus, LED flash. Moreover, there is also a 12 MP, f/2.0 selfie shooter. Additionally, this Vivo handset is going to run on the latest Android 8.0 Oreo. Besides, this Vivo phone comes with a non-removable Li-Ion 3500mAh battery. According to the newest rumour, there are going to be two different X30 models: the standard X30 and X30 Plus.

For now, there is no official news yet about the X30’s appearance on the market. However, we can expect to see more details about this Vivo handset at the upcoming MWC 2018.
