The HTC One M9 is one of the most long-awaited phone of 2015.  There’re a lot of rumour, leak around the latest HTC’s phone – allegedly called HTC Hima. Therefore, the HTC One M9 will probably arrive with a screen of 5 inch, is powered by Snapdragon 810 as well as a 20.7 MP rear cam and a 13MP or UltraPixel 4MP front-facing camera. Its phone will possibly come with 2840 mAh battery capacity and runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop. Besides that, the HTC Hima will have 3GB of RAM as well as Cat.6 LTE connectivity.

This phone might be introduced in a stand-alone event instead of the next MWC 2015. And that is all we know so far. Actually some spy pics came with us. Previous rumour said that this phone will come with 13MP or UltraPixel 4MP front-facing camera, so it seems that we can be count on this news. More interesting, the larger phone has a hardware home button which is different with its siblings.

HTC looks like to take the similar strategy with Apple, Samsung and lastly Xiaomi, meaning introducing two-phone together. Its new HTC phone possibly call HTC M9 and HTC M9 Plus as well. But HTC can call the larger phone, HTC M9 Max or something though.

Having a quick glance at this phones, you can easily realize that they will be supported finger scanner and then do a different implementation sensor on the other model, so it looks like the HTC One (M9) will come without this functionality.

This phone is expected to unveil at HTC’s “Utopia in progress” event in the beginning of March. You can wait for this time. But relying this recent news, we now think we have this phone beforehand.

Finally, Meizu is introduced their newest phone which is created too much rumour recently. And it seems that most of them are correct, but wait, much more interesting ahead.

The Meizu m1 Note Mini is considered as the direct rival of The Xiaomi Redmi 2. And cuz of later release, so its phone is paid much attention more.

The Meizu M1 features with a 5″ screen, that has a slightly higher resolution 1280×768 than 720p and a pixel density of 300ppi. Frankly 5″ is larger then the 4.7″ of the Xiaomi Redmi 2. Even before the official launch, many actually comparisons to the Xiaomi Redmi 2, lets see how they compete.

Design: The Meizu M1 is very similiar to its big bro Meizu M1 Note. The M1 has a unibody polycarbonate body pairing with various color options, including pepper mint. And in general, they have a same look and might remind you of the iPhone 5C.

Camera: The Meizu M1 sports a 13MP Main Camera with ƒ/2.2, compared to the 8MP shooter of the Xiaomi Redmi 2. It seems that the m1 Note mini has more advantages in this department. The Selfie Camera is actually the same sensor as on the much more expensive Meizu MX4 Pro with a 5MP resolution and F2.0 aperture!

Hardware: The Meizu m1 Mini reports a Quad-Core 64BIT MediaTek MT6732 processor, clocked at 1.5GHz. Its phone has previously with a score of above 30,000 Antutu scores. It’s quite good for its price.

Besides, the m1 Mini is powered by 1GB of RAM as well as 8GB of onboard storage which is allowed you to expand up to 128GB via microSD.

Wait for a minute here, Xiaomi has just unveiled a news of upgrading Xiaomi Redmi 2 to 2GB of RAM. So it seems that in this part, the Xiaomi Redmi 2 is winner. But we’ll not be surprised if Meizu releases a new Meizu m1 Mini 2GB of RAM version as well. Meizu and Xiaomi, a critical war ever. So we really don’t think they will keep 1GB of RAM after this Xiaomi’s activity.

The Meizu M1 is with 8.9mm and 128g a real light weight. It packs a 2610mAh battery, which should be sufficient for the 5.0″ HD screen and Quad-Core Cpu.

Battery: The m1 Mini will be packed a 2,610 mAh battery which is a little powerful feature compared to 2200 mAh battery life of Xiaomi Redmi 2.

Price: The m1 Mini will cost at 699 Yuan (110USD/PHP5,021), in exactly same price with the Xiaomi Redmi 2. Release Date will be 5th February for Pre-Order in China.

Meizu has updated its phone specs, sadly its battery capacity will be reduced by 1100 mAh, meaning down from 2610 mAh to 2500 mAh. It’s still at a higher spec compared to Xiaomi Redmi 1S but will definitely affect to the longevity of the battery throughout the day.

The Meizu m1 Mini is now only available in China with support for TD-LTE and TDSCDMA frequencies. Unfortunately, its phone doesn’t be shown up on the English Meizu product page, probably meaning that it will be not be globally released anytime soon.

This year, the government reportedly provides free Wi-Fi connectivity via PHP 1.4 billion project of the Department of Science and Technology – ICT Office (DOST-ICTO). Therefore people who live outside of Minila can access the free wifi. Here’s definitely good news for you.

According to DOST-ICTO executive director Louis Casmbre, this event will be started in June and completely finished by November.

Therein, under the plan, the region of providing free wi-fi will be town plazas, transport terminals, school yards, hospital lobbies, national and local government agencies, and public parks.

There will have three level: 50MB at the entry level, 100MB for people who can provide a valid government ID through web registration as well as 300MB a day for people e who have a digital ID as obtained through the National Public Key Infrastructure program.

According to ICT Office chief, the three-level access is only created to conserve bandwidth and to widen the reach of e-government services. It seems that the government don’t wanna interupt the market.

“The project is designed to be non-compete with the private sector, we do not want to disrupt the market. One purpose also of the levels is really to incentivize e-government, as the digital IDs will allow government services to be used electronically,” he also said.

Asus Zenfone has added a new entry-level device to their portfolio – called the Asus Zenfone C. Its phone is seemly created to be replaced its sister – the Asus Zenfone 4, but equiped much more notable upgrades in hardware compared to its previous phone.

Asus Zenfone C is introduced today in Malaysia and its all specification has already showed online as well as a few images. Updated April 16th: The handset is targeted to be the replacement of the low-cost Zenfone 4 that’s been on market since last year. The Asus Philippines was announced that the phone will be sold at PHP 4,595 and will hit the shelves next week.

If the big problem of Xiaomi Redmi 2 is about its lack of RAM or Memory. It seems that Xiaomi heard their fans and have a big change for their phone.

In the first release of the Xiaomi Redmi 2, its phone is announced to be packed with 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage. This might be a good phone for the low asking price but still not our expected successor. But here is probably good news for Xiaomi fans, cuz the company has confirmed that they will be offering an updated version. Therefore, the new Redmi 2 model will keep the same name, but its phone will be doubly increase to 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage built-in.

The new phone will still have all the specs of the original Redmi 2, and will probably be the model that Xiaomi will offer to other markets moving forward when it’s officially announced internationally.

If you’re frankly worry about Xiaomi’s RAM. I guess that this news might be a good sound for you. And althought its new price will not be unveiled, but you can expect it to be sold slightly costly than the 1GB Redmi 2 (compared to 699 Yuan or 5021 pesos). But believe that this phone will still your good deal.

HTC One M9 (Hima) has just appeared in the Geekbench 3.0 benchmark database. Therefore, its device got the single-core of 1232 and multicore of 3587.

This phone is expected to carry an LTE Cat.9-capable (450Mbps), the latestSnapdragon 810 chipset, 5.2″, 4GB RAM, 32GB internal memory, 20.7MP OIS, 4.8MP front snapper, water resistance, massive 3,400mAh battery and an updated Android Lollipop. Its phone can be supported Dual-Sim and probably FHD/QHD versions.

Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge: The next generation of Samsung Galaxy S5 is expected to be unveiled at the MWC 2015. It also is predicted to feature a 5.5-inch display along with 1440 x 2560 pixels (QHD), powered by a Exynos 7420 processor, run on Android 5.0 Lollipop, equiped with a 20MP main camera and 5MP selfie shooter, and paired with 32GB of internal memory and 3GB RAM.

Alleged Sony Xperia Z4 was passed through Federal Communications Commission (FCC) in the USA (which is the same TENAA in Asia market). Its phone previously comes with ‘Type Number’ PM-0850-BV and ‘FCC ID’ PY7-PM0850.

And recently, FCC raised a new question about a Dual-Sim version of Sony Xperia Z4. You can look at the photo and can easily recognize the code name of it mystery phone which is appeared in it. Therefore, this phone has a “Type”-PM-0851-BV and “FCC ID” – PY7-PM0851.

Both of two versions will come with the “same PCB, layout, display, I/O digital IC and battery spec, identical chipset, circuit layout, antenna of WLAN a/b/g/n and Bluetooth, same software, firmware” and so on.

The huge difference between us, the model ” PY7-PM0850″ will be support only one Sim while the version “PY7-PM0851” will come with Dual-Sim.

In Conclusion: If this news is reliable, plus to previous leak, the mystery Sony Xperia Z4 will possibly come with FHD/QHD version, Single sim/Dual sim.

With a good influence from Asus and Intel brands, good configuration, good design as well as a suitable price, Asus Zenfone made good impression to users even before its official release. In 2014, Asus unveiled three different versions: Zenfone 4, Zenfone 5, Zenfone 6 with 4″, 5″, 6″ screen size respectively and they were successful with its strategy. So, if Asus build the same plan in this year, it’s not too much surprised for us.
