In case you didn’t know, Google is planning to launch two mid-range Pixel smartphones this year. Recently, two new handsets have been added to the Google Play Developer Console’s Device Catalog with code-named “Sargo” (Pixel 3a) and “Bonito” (Pixel 3a XL). As per the listing, the “Sargo” variant comes with a 5.6-inch screen resolution of 1080 x 2220 pixels, an 18:5:9 aspect ratio, along with a screen density of 440. How about the Bonito’s display? It has a bigger 6-inch display with a resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels, an 18:9 aspect ratio, and a screen density of 400. Besides, in terms of the memory department, these phones sport 4GB of RAM.

Powering the Pixel 3a is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 670 chipset. Whereas, the Pixel 3a XL get power from the Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 chipset. In addition, regarding the software department, both Pixel 3a and Pixel 3a XL come running on the latest Android 9.0 Pie as the operating system. Let’s talk about the optics department. The Google Pixel 3a camera can pack a 12MP sensor on its back, while the selfie shooter features 8MP. Keeping the lights on is a non-removable 3000mAh juice box. However, there is no word on wireless charging.
