PSN down for many, causing serious issues!
The Black Friday is almost here, and any gaming platforms are launching their sales period. Sony is no different. However, they have run into quite an unexpected problem today: PSN down issue!

PSN down for many, causing serious issues!
PlayStation Network (PSN) is the platform which connects all of Sony’s services and devices. Players can manage their PlayStation account through this platform, and also buy games and other stuff Sony offers as well. With the Black Friday Sale coming (Xbox Live Sale has already started), the number of people coming to the site is expected to be very high. Sony has teased everyone about this sale period, and has prepared everything accordingly. However, something unexpected still happened.
In an unexpected turn of event, the PSN network has been suddenly down for a period of time today. The issues happened acrossed all devices, including PS4, PS3, and PS Vita. Those who use web browsers also had this problem. Basically, users couldn’t sign into their account, and games and apps did not launch. All areas of the PSN has been temporarily inaccessible, including account management, gaming and social, PlayStation Now, PlayStation Vue, and the PlayStation Store. The issue happens just after the Black Friday Sale went live.

Sony has acknowledged the problems, and has been trying to fix it. After a few hours, it seems all the services are up and running now. Now players can log in, play their games, and shop as per normal. This issue may be caused by having too many people access the site at the same time, and the server just crashed. Hopefully, we will not have to experience anything like this for the duration of the Black Friday Sale.
PSN down: Sony needs to be careful!
With the PSN down, many activities were halted for a long period of time, and that may cause loss for players, as well as Sony. Sony must ensure that incidents like this will not happen for the next few days. Hopefully, with how quick they fix the issue, we can count on them!

Samsung Galaxy S8, S8 edge: Most powerful Android smartphones?
Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 Edge are going to be the most powerful smartphones of 2017. This is amazing, as the Korean giant is partnering with Qualcomm, which has confirmed that it is working on its next processor: the Snapdragon 835.

Future Details of the Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 Edge
Samsung’s upcoming flagship Galaxy S8 and S8 Edge are the devices whose fans are really waiting for after the Note 7’s failures. The devices are set to deliver improved features over their predecessor. Qualcomm recently confirmed that it was developing the next processor – the Snapdragon 835 – which will be the most powerful. More information will be given at the Consumer Electronic Show (CES) 2017 in January, but we can tell you that the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Edge will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor.
According to rumors, the Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 Edge will come with model numbers SM-G950 and SM-G955. This may be a surprise for many, but let us remind you that the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge came out with their model numbers SM-G920 and G925 respectively. Then their successors the S7 and the S7 Edge had the model numbers SM-G930 and SM-G935.

According to reports so far, the Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 Edge will come in two screen sizes (like the S7 and S7 Edge). The S8 will have a 5.7-inch display, and the S8 Edge will come with a 6.2-inch screen. Besides that, there are also conflicting reports claiming that the devices would have a 5.1-inch curved Super AMOLED display with 2K screen resolution variant, and a 5.5-inch with a 4K panel (806 ppi pixel density) model.
Availability and Price of the Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 Edge

Apple might make a foldable iPhone!
Recent reports have suggested that patents for the foldable iPhone was filed since 2014. Samsung is the company with a higher privilege to register for such designs.

Design and Features
It is believed that Tim Cook is also interested in such an innovation for the company Apple. The CEO will love to see a foldable iPhone with a flexible OLED screen. The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has granted the patent no. 9,504,170 for “flexible display devices”, which details a design for a hinged iPhone that can fold in two when not in use. The device would rely on flexible components such as an OLED display, metal support tools made of a nickel and titanium alloy called nitinol.
Apple also discussed the flexible polymers as a possible alternative to the nitinol design, with some versions of the phone coming with a chassis split into upper and lower sections. These sections will be the place where the phone hardware is attached via a single or multi-shaft hinge mechanism. This will allow the rotation so that the divided parts separately can move relative to one another. There will be a flexible printed circuit boards to allow the phone to be foldable, while the display is overlaid across the two portions of the handset.

Of course, companies quickly file patents in order to protect their designs, and that’s why Apple secured the patent for its foldable iPhone. But a patent doesn’t mean that the product is going to be made and make it to market. As we previously told you, Apple is expected to introduce a new iPhone with an OLED screen in 2017. Instead of being flexible, the display of this next OLED device will be an almost all-screen design.
Apple might make a foldable iPhone?
Whether we’ll see a foldable version of the iPhone in the coming years or not, it looks like Apple has already considered the idea. Hopefully, we can see it come to reality! Are you excited about a foldable iPhone?
