As the official announcement, those images were published by an Indian user- Deepak Gosain.

This Indian man said that he charged his phone before going to sleep. After that, he walked up suddenly because of the fire from his phone. Unlike the Galaxy Note 7 case, the reason for the explosion is not the charger. Deepak Gosain has confirmed that he uses the correct charging device. OnePlus company hasn’t given any explanation for this incident. However, the spokesperson of the company told that “Our first priority is the health and safety of customers.
