Android 7 update: The reasons why your phone won’t receive it
It always takes a while for the new Android updates to arrive at non-Google smartphones. Many smartphones are even not in the update circle. Today we’ll show you why your phones cannot get the next Android 7 update.

Android 7 update: Not every phone gets it!
First of all, your phone may not get Android 7 update because it runs a fork of Android OS. We all know that Android is available for free. That’s why any OEMs (the manufacturers of the phone) can use this OS, change it and make it their own product (fork). Currently, there are lots of forks which are applied in millions of devices (ColorOs in Oppo phones for example). Google cannot control all of them. As a result, phones running these forks are often out of the update circle.
The second reason why your phone can’t get the Android 7 update is that the hardware of your phone is not compatible with new updates. In Android One, Google provided a set of hardware that fits the best with Android. But then it was too disadvantageous for other hardware makers. Since then, Google has decided to adjust their OS so that it can fit as much hardware as possible. But there are always exceptions. If your phone won’t receive the update, it could be due to the incompatible hardware inside.

The third reason why some phones won’t welcome the Android 7 update is the software lockdown. To be more specific, updated OS means updated apps. Many phone manufacturers delay updating to the new OS because they are still dealing with the third-party app developers. They want their phones to have new OS version and updated apps at the same time.
Android 7 Update: It’s the cost that matters!
The last reason why your phone won’t get the Android 7 Update is the cost. Whenever there’s a new update, the OEMs have to employ teams that work on the new updates, as well as to invest in new facilities. As a result, phone manufacturers only choose their leading devices to put in the update circle.

Samsung Galaxy Note 7 on fire – literally!
Samsung Galaxy Note 7 on fire- it is nothing new. It has been making headlines in recent weeks. However, there’s a case of a Galaxy Note 7 catching fire physically – and it’s not a joke! Let’s take a look at this story, shall we?

Samsung Galaxy Note 7 on fire: What caused this?
As we all know, Samsung has been in the spotlight recently. The Galaxy Note 7 hype is unbelievable, we can see headlines like “Samsung Galaxy Note 7 on fire” everywhere. However, besides all the good things that have already been said and reported, this news is a little bit unpleasant for Samsung. Some images on the Chinese social media website Baidu showed us a Galaxy Note 7, only a few weeks old – as the poster claimed, burnt and damaged heavily after what seems to be an explosion.
What caused the explosion to make this Samsung Galaxy Note 7 on fire? Nothing is certain at this point, and there’s not much information about this case. However, from the pictures, we can see that the holder of the damaged Note 7 (we assumed that to be the owner too) used Micro USB to USB-C adapter. And apparently, the adapter caught on fire.

For this “Samsung Galaxy Note 7 on fire” story, there are some explanations. First, of course, is the use of third-party charging wires and adapters, which many manufacturers advise against doing so. Also, the phablet in question may not even be a legit Note 7 – on the front, there’s no Samsung logo above the screen. Furthermore, Note 7 is not even officially released to customers yet (customers who pre-ordered will receive the device early September), only a handful of reviewers got their hands on this device. The last theory is that the fault lies in Samsung’s device. If this is the case, it would be big trouble for the Korean giant manufacturer.
Samsung Galaxy Note 7 on fire: Should you worry about this?
In any case, you shouldn’t panic just yet. For now, this is the only report of a Samsung Galaxy Note 7 on fire. And it is very likely that this is not because of Samsung, but rather third-party manufacturers (wires, adapters, even fake Note 7). Even if this is truly Samsung’s fault, we believe that they will take appropriate action to prevent this from happening. So for now, let’s just wait and anticipate the release of Note 7, which will be very soon. Stay tune with us for more updates!

The first way to keep up with Windows phone updates is using Windowscentral and Mspoweruser. These two are famous news apps that provides latest information and detailed review on the updates. The second way to not miss the latest Windows phone updates is downloading Nokiapoweruser. This app usually talks about the comparison between two different builds, between Android and Windows. The third way to catch up with all Windows phone updates is installing Windowsblogitalia. This app shows the latest Windows updates. After you install this app, it will make your phone vibrate whenever there’s a new update!

Jailbreaking: What is it, and should you do it?
All of us have probably seen the word “jailbreaking” at least once, especially for iPhones, when surfing the Internet. So, what does this illegal-sounding term means? Let’s find out today!

Jailbreaking: What is it, and how does it work?
In the most literal sense, “jailbreaking” means removing the restrictions manufacturers put in, to take administrative control of a device. It is widely known that Apple ecosystem, or to be more specific iOS, is very closed-off, unlike the openness of Android. “Jailbreaking” is mostly associated with iOS, and it’s the act of removing all the restriction Apple has put, to let you take more control of your device. It’s very similar to “cracking” (for games and apps on PC) and “rooting” (on Android devices).
In a way, “jailbreaking” puts you in control of your device, not Apple, or anyone else. You can install apps that are not on the App Store, not approved yet by Apple, change the interface any way you like, and a bunch of other customization normally not possible. It makes iOS more like Android. iOS is a closed ecosystem as mentioned before, so when you jailbreak it, you will be able to do literally anything you want with your device, like escaping from jail to find freedom.

On the iPhone, once jailbroken, you can install those apps outside of the App Store, and get paid apps for free. You can also tweak many aspects of the iOS interface, replace default apps, and so on. What’s more, all the tools to jailbreak are free, and there are detailed guidelines to do it. One quick Google search and you will find a lot of tools for this purpose. However, once jailbroken, you cannot get automatic updates from Apple anymore – the newer software version will render the tool, and maybe the device too, unusable. You will have to wait for appropriate updated hacks, or stay in the older version.
Jailbreaking: Should you do it?
Nowadays, Apple has given more access to iOS for developers and users, so jailbreaking is not as popular as before. However, if you want to be the true “administrator” of the phone, go for it. Just be aware of these facts: getting apps from non-official sources can be considered piracy, although the act of jailbreaking is not illegal (yet!). Furthermore, even if you jailbreak your device just once, the warranty will be void. Considering that, do think carefully, or you won’t have anywhere to fall back on if things went wrong. Finally, just like using cracked apps and games, you will be vulnerable to security attacks. If you think the risks are worth it, then jailbreaking is for you!
iPhone 6SE spotted on Geekbench
Apple could delay launching iPhone 7 and brings users a new iPhone this year. That is reported to be iPhone 6SE, which has been spotted on Geekbench. Apple iPhone 6SE is even stronger than iPhone 6s while its price is cheaper!

iPhone 6SE: More powerful than iPhone 6s!
When Apple confirmed to kill iPhone 7 Pro, iPhone 6SE will be a great replacement! Not like people think, the iPhone 6SE is not a lower version of iPhone 6 and iPhone 6s. The “SE” could be the new name of the iPhone 7 which was leaked through 2016. One GeekBench, the phone unveiled a new design that is very different from iPhone 6 and iPhone 6s. We could see the first iPhone with a dual curved screen! It has a 5.2-inch display offering 1080 x 1920 resolution. That is a nice screen when iPhone 6s is a bit small with a 4.7-inch display and iPhone 6s Plus is a bit oversize 5.5-inch screen.
iPhone 6SE is even stronger than iPhone 6s! On GeekBench, the SE iPhone achieves 5210 scores. Meanwhile, iPhone 6s has just 4427 scores. While iPhone 6s comes with A9 chipset, iPhone 6SE will be powered by a newer A10 chipset. This latest Apple chipset will make the phone run more smoothly than iPhone 6s. The battery is even bigger than that of iPhone 6s, with 2500 mAH. Besides, you still find a 2GB RAM under the hood of the phone, along with 12MP main camera and 5MP selfie shooter.
However, the new SE iPhone 2016 remains latest technologies on iPhone 6s. We could still see the 3D Touch technology and a camera bulges on this phone. iPhone 6 SE could be the testing model for the next iPhone-Apple iPhone 8.
iPhone 6SE price and release date.
While iPhone 6s price is Rs. 57, 599 for 64GB version and Rs. 44, 199 for 16GB version, iPhone 6SE price is expected to be around Rs. 36,922 ($550). When comparing to iPhone 6s, the new SE iPhone on Geekbench comes with a new design, and a stronger chipset, and a nicer price. So, whether Apple will replace iPhone 7 by iPhone 6SE this year? But the most important thing is what will iPhone 6SE bring to, not about the name, right? Follow our page to receive more information about iPhone 6SE!
Gain Apple ID security with 2- Step Verification
Apple ID security is claimed to be one the safest account type in the smartphone market at the present. However, iOS users still can go extremely safe because 2- Step Verification tech is here. But what is it?

Apple ID security: 2- Step Verification tech
We all may remember the scandalous event when many Hollywood A-list celebrities claimed that their IOS devices had been hacked. All their private pictures went uncontrollably online. This incident became the wake-up call for Apple about their Apple ID security. Since then, they have tried their best and succeeded to gain back their reputation of having the best security. Lately, Apple has shown off a new measure for Apple ID security: 2- Step Verification. This measure will add a second layer to your Apple ID. But how?
Operation principles of 2- Step Verification are quite simple. This tech will send a second security code to your IOS devices. Normally, whenever you sign in your Apple ID or iCloud, you type your password only. But with 2- Step Verification presence, you only need to type the sent code after finishing typing your Apple password. This code is 4-digit long. Therefore, it will take you very little time to type it before working or playing with your phone.

Some of you may think it is annoying to enter a code after the password. However, it is worthy. You do not want your photos spreading around on the Internet like those celebrities. Imagine your photos in the days when you were still wearing diapers or awkward moments from your parents are leaked online without being aware. Such a nightmare!
Apple ID security: extremely save
With 2- Step Verification, Apple shows their unlimited concern about their customers. After all, security is one of the most important things when it comes to phones, because it affects directly to phone owners. In our next article, we will guide you how to set up this tech with your IOS devices. If you are interested, please stay tuned!
