Sony Shadow render: The best gaming phone so far!
It looks like Sony is investing in the gaming segment. A brand-new concept designed by Mladen Milic has just appeared on the internet, showing a wonderful Sony phone named Sony Shadow. Let’s take a look!

Sony Shadow: Specially designed for gamers!
First let’s check the distinctive design of Sony Shadow. According to the concept, the highlight of this phone is the dual display setup. One display is located on top of the other. Both of them measure 5.5-inch in size. They both support 16M colors as well! The one on the top is 1mm thin and can even be rotated 45 degree in order to offer more comfortable gaming experience. Moreover, there is a touchpad lying on the left side of the keyboard. On the other side, there is a zoom and enter buttons!
Now you see why Sony Shadow design is exclusively created for gaming? So let’s move on to the Sony Shadow specs. At the heart of the phone, we will find a Snapdragon 830 chipset – the upcoming and most powerful chipset in the smartphone industry. Located right beside is a 6GB RAM – another incomparable feature that many users dream of. Moreover, it’s not a gaming phone without a wonderful speakers right? According to the concept, there will be a dual front facing speaker!

Now with those high-end Sony Shadow specs, there must be a wealthy battery! Too bad the battery capacity is not mentioned, but we expect this phone should have a 4500mAh battery or above to power the whole system. Also based on the concept, there will be a small subsidiary battery with enough fuel to keep the phone running while you recharge the main cell. In addition, the phone will house a LED notification placed at an angle to inform whether it’s upside down or not. In case gamers are interested in photography, there will be a 8MP selfie shooter and a 16MP primary camera!
Sony Shadow: The return of the Japanese giant?
The last two quarters of 2016 has been an unsuccessful time for Sony. According to a research made by Canaccord Genuity, the Japanese giant has not gained any profit from the smartphone market. The concept of this phone shows a little hope for Sony fans who desperately expect the brand to get to a higher position in the industry. So far, Sony Shadow hasn’t been confirmed yet. 8 cool tricks to do on Galaxy Note 7 you may not know
Samsung Note 7 is the hottest name at the present. You can see it everywhere. Not only does it have such a great design but it also has so many interesting functions and cool tricks. Here are 8 of them for you to try out.

1. Changing the display content: Note 7 specialty
Android devices have different sizes of displays. But a bigger screen does not mean you will have more information showcased, yet only the font is bigger. This may be convenient for those who had bad eye sights. But to many others, we are not so sure that it would help. Now, with Samsung Note 7, users are now able to customize their display setting.
Samsung Note 7 allows users to change the amount of information on the screen. All you need to do is to go in your setting, then tap in display catalog. Choose the “Condensed” option after choosing Display Scaling. You can also change back by the “Standard” option staying the same place with “Condensed” option. So cool, huh?

2. Receiving gifts through Galaxy Gifts
Samsung phones tend to have a default app named Galaxy Gift. Through this app, you will know a lot of helpful information from Samsung’s partners. To be more specific, this app will send you information about discounts and promotions of hotels, fashion brands, movie theaters, etc.

3. Type-C connector and cable
Samsung Galaxy Note 7 packs with standard type-C USB, which is a latest and hottest trend at the moment. Unfortunately, not all accessories are made to adapt this very new trend. Understanding this, Samsung gives their buyers a free portal which will help to easily connect the tradition USB and the new Type-C USB.

4. “Always on” Mode: making it convenient always
Even though “Always on” Mode has been around for a while, it’s rated not excellent enough to win people’s hearts. Still, Samsung wants to bring this feature to a whole new level. Therefore, they have made a big improvement of “Always on” Mode. You now can draw, note faster and are supported by the third-party application. To use this, choose Setting>Display>Always On.

5. Blue light filter: keep your eyes safe
Blue light is really harmful to your eyes, especially when you use your phone often at night. In order to protect our eyes, Samsung now has the blue light filter on their phone. This function will protect your eyes and help you sleep easier. You can turn this mode on by access Setting>Display>Blue light filter. And Note 7 users won’t have to worry about their eyes being harmed anymore.

6. One Hand Mode: very portable trick
Samsung Galaxy Note 7 has quite a big screen, which is a great advantage. But it’s really hard to use on one hand for people who have smaller hands. Samsung has programmed a one hand mode that allows you to decrease the display size and increase your convenience. Just choose Advanced Function in Setting. Then choose One-hand function.

7. Fast content delete: a unique Note 7 trick
If this is the first time that you use a Note variant, this function will be a cool trick for you. Notice your S-pen and you will see a long small button which plays as an eraser when you press it. It is super convenient and time-saving when you draw or write anything on the screen.

8. Note 7 trick: Radio FM
FM tuning ability is integrated on the chipset, since Note 7 is equipped with Snapdragon 820. However, there are no apps coming with the products to support this. So, those who love FM Radio may need to install third-party applications to use this function. One of the suggestions we have is NextRadio on Google Play.

Samsung Galaxy Note 7: a worth buying smartphone flagship
Knowing all these cool tricks, you can utilize all the functions and potentials of Samsung Galaxy Note 7. It would be a waste when you spend a lot of money on something but never use or know all about their functions.
Note 7 wins over iPhone 7: cools thing you can’t miss
iPhone 7 is about to come out in this September. However, this phone can’t compete with Galaxy Note 7. Here are 7 features that Note 7 wins over Apple phones.
Galaxy Note 7 comes with many cool features
The first thing is iris scanner. While iPhone 7 still sticks with fingerprint scanner, Samsung Note surpasses with its iris scanner. This type of security is the most secure technology in the market. With this protection, your data will be safe and sound in the device. The second things is the dust+waterproof feature. With the certification of IPS68, this flagship can handle in water for 30 minutes. Not only the handset, even the S-pen is water resistant too. So, you can use S-pen to write something on the Note in the water.
Thirdly, on this Note 7, you will find a special folder called Secure Folder. This folder is the place to keep all your personal secrets like pictures or data. And you can only open this folder by using password, fingerprint or iris scanner. Fourthly, creating GIF has never been easier with Note 7. You just need to open a video, choose the mode on S-pen. And then choose the part in the video that you want to make GIF. That’s it, now you get a 15 second GIF.

The fifth feature is the microSD card. If you think 64GB of inbuilt storage is not enough for your need, you can expand it up to 256GB via a microSd card. And if you don’t want more space, you can have another option: a second SIM. On iPhone 7, you won’t find this kind of card. The company doesn’t provide you any more space.
Galaxy Note 7 wins over iPhone 7: price
With these stand out features, Galaxy Note 7 wins over iPhone 7 for sure. Not only those cool features, this flagship killer also comes with many strong specs. And more importantly, Galaxy Note 7 price is cheaper than iPhone 7 price. So, stronger specs and cheaper price, this handset is definitely the winner.

10 of the best performance smartphones in July 2016, according to Antutu
We just passed July and it’s time to find out what smartphones have been able to make it as top 10 performance smartphones, according to Antutu. Check them out now!

1. OnePlus 3
We would like to announce that our top 3 here is not different to that of the Antutu report for the whole H1 of 2016. It means that OnePlus 3, Vivo Xplay 5 Elite, and LeEco Le Max 2 are still three of the best in terms of performance in this very first month of the H2.
So, at the first place, OP 3 has been able to convince us that it is super powerful with 140,288 Antutu points. And actually, we’re not surprised at all since we know OnePlus 3 specs are awesome: a Snapdragon 820 chip, 6GB of RAM, 64GB of non-expandable ROM, Oxygen OS based on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS, a 5.5-inch Full HD optic AMOLED screen, a 3,000mAh battery, Dash Charge tech (60% in 30 minutes), and a combo of 16MP rear + 8MP front camera.

2. Vivo Xplay 5 Elite
Number 2 is Vivo Xplay 5 Elite with 138,706 Antutu points. The handset is not only famous for being “the world’s first 6GB RAM smartphone” but also able to show that it has real strong hardware. Specifically, Vivo Xplay 5 Elite specs include a dual-curved 5.43-inch Super AMOLED Quad HD screen which helps make it stand out among many others, a Snapdragon 820 processor, Android 5.1 Lollipop OS, 128GB of non-expandable ROM, a set of 16MP main + 8MP secondary snapper, Hi-Fi 3.0 tech, and a 3,600mAh batt. Vivo Xplay 5 Elite price is about $655 for those who want to purchase it.

3. LeEco Le Max 2
As we mentioned above, the third place went to LeEco Le Max 2, also a device that offers consumers a 6GB RAM variant. It scored 138,026 Antutu points, pretty high, huh?! Spec-wise, LeEco Le Max 2’s hardware is kind of similar to the Elite due to sporting 6GB RAM, a QHD display, a Snapdragon 820 chip set, and an 8MP selfie snapper. However, there are some major differences you need to note. LeEco Le Max 2 specs contain a bigger screen – 5.7 inches to be exact, Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS with EUI 5.5 on top, a 3,100mAh cell supported by Quick Charge 3.0 technology, a 21MP primary cam, and 2 choices over RAM and ROM capacity: 4GB + 32GB and 6GB + 64GB.

4. ZTE Nubia Z11
Next is ZTE Nubia Z11 with 137,685 points. It is run by a Snapdragon 820 chipset, a 5.5-inch Full HD border-less display, a 3,000mAh battery, Nubia UI 4.0 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS out of the box, a combo of 16MP rear-facing + 8MP front camera. As for RAM and ROM capacity, there are also 2 options for consumers to choose: 4GB + 64GB ($487.99) and 6GB + 128GB ($645.99).

5. Lenovo ZUK Z2 Pro
Coming up next is Lenovo ZUK Z2 Pro with 136,853 Antutu points. In general, we think this Lenovo smartphone is not very different from the Nubia Z11 when it comes to specifications. Lenovo ZUK Z2 Pro specs have a Full HD screen which is just a bit smaller – 5.2 inches, a Snapdragon 820 processor, a slightly larger 3,100mAh cell supported by Quick Charge 3.0 tech, Android Marshmallow OS, 6GB RAM, 128GB ROM, and an 8MP front-facing camera. Yet, the rear-facing one is only capable of 13 megapixels, which perhaps made it less strong than the Z11. Anyway, fifth place is not too bad, rite?!

6. Xiaomi Mi5
Okay, Xiaomi Mi5 got the sixth place with 136,773 Antutu points. It somehow shows that this Xiaomi smartphone is a tough competitor in the market because the machine has been able to appear in the top 10 for so many times. So now, let’s have a look at Xiaomi Mi5 specs again: a 5.15-inch Full HD screen, a 16MP + 4MP shooter package, a 3,000mAh battery, Quick Charge 3.0, MIUI 7 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS, 3GB RAM + 32GB ROM + Snapdragon 820 1.8GHz (with curved 3D glass back), 3GB + 64GB + SD820 2.15GHz (glass), and 4GB + 128GB + SD820 2.15GHz (curved 3D ceramic back).

7. Samsung Galaxy S7 edge
Next, we’ve got Samsung Galaxy S7 edge with 134,599 Antutu points. Well, this beautiful handset is still very hot even when having to compete with lotsa flagships. Spec-wise, it features a 5.5-inch Super AMOLED 2K curved display with some interesting functions on the edges, a Snapdragon 820 or Exynos 8890 chipset, and a set of 12MP primary + 5MP secondary shooter. In addition to Samsung Galaxy S7 edge specs, there are 32/64GB of internal storage (expandable up to 200GB), 4GB RAM, Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS, and a 3,600mAh battery on board to help run the entire machine.

8. Apple iPhone 6S
Continuing our list is Apple iPhone 6S with 133,781 Antutu points. That’s pretty a high score for Apple iPhone 6S specs compared to the others. As we know, 6S is powered by a 4.7-inch 750 x 1334p screen with Force Touch tech, an Apple A9 chip, iOS 9 (upgradable to iOS 9.3), 16/64/128GB of internal memory (non-expandable), 2GB RAM, a 2,750mAh cell, a 12MP sensor on the back and a 5MP on the front surface to take photos. However, the phone has been succeeded in delivering great performances. Good job!

9. ZTE Axon 7
Here we have ZTE Axon 7 with 132,217 Antutu points. To be honest, ZTE Axon 7 specs are much better than the iPhone 6S in theory: a 5.5-inch 2K AMOLED display, Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS with MiFavor UI 4.0 on top, a Snapdragon 820 chip set, a 20MP main (with f/1.8, PDAF, OIS, dual LED flash) + 8MP selfie camera set, 64/128GB of expandable ROM coupled with 4/6GB of RAM, Dolby Atmos tech, and a 3,140mAh cell with Quick Charge 3.0. Nonetheless, it seems like the device’s performance is not so good in real life, don’t you think?

10. Apple iPhone SE
Finally, Apple iPhone SE is still here in the top 10 with 131,401 Antutu points. Well done! SE may be tiny, but mighty. Talking about specifications, it carries a 4.0-inch 640 x 1136p screen, 2GB RAM, 16/64GB ROM (non-expandable), an Apple A9 chipset, iOS 9.3.2 (upgradable to iOS 10 soon), a 12MP + 1.2MP cam combo, and a 1,642mAh battery. So, if you like something handy and powerful, iPhone SE can totally be an ideal choice.

So, those are 10 of the best performance smartphones in July, the very first month of the H2 2016. We guess most of them are already familiar to people since they’re built with strong hardware and beautiful appearances.

4 Nokia Android Nougat handsets to launch this year: 4GB RAM and what else?
This time, Nokia brought very exciting news for their fans around the world. A new CEO has been appointed, and the company even confirmed 4 news Android Nougat devices this year, as Nokia is to “rise again”.

Nokia to rise again: New CEO and Nokia Android Nougat devices
According to reports from the Finnish company, Ex-Rovio CEO – Pekka Rantala has been appointed to become the Chief of Marketing to contribute to Nokia’s mobile business. Before switching to Rovio – the developer of Angry Birds, Rantala used to work at Nokia for 17 years in its heyday. On receiving the new duty, Rantala told CNET at an interview: “I love Nokia, I love what it stands for and I’d love to see it rise again”.
Also very currently, it was confirmed that Nokia will be launching 4 new devices this year. These mobile devices will be made under the guidance of HMD, and produced and distributed by Foxconn (who took over Nokia feature phone business from Microsoft earlier this year). These HMD-made Nokia phones will get through branding, licensing and patent access before 2016 ends.

Among the 4 devices we mentioned above, it is said that there will be 3 smartphones and 1 tablets. All of them will be shipped with Android Nougat pre-installed – the latest OS from Google. As recent leaks are suggesting the model name Nokia P1, Nokia also claimed that they will take on newest Snapdragon processors for at least 2 of their upcoming mobiles. These devices will also pack a minimum of 4GB RAM, QHD AMOLED displays as well as water and dust resistant.
Nokia Android Nougat: a grand come back
Rantala is obviously excited to take on the new position and bring this giant Nokia back into life. And so are we, tech lovers who have been following up with the news, ever since the first rumors started to leak that Nokia will rise again and come back to the mobile market. (Source: 1 and 2)

3 reasons why buying iPhone right now is not a good idea
iPhone 2016 with many interesting features is about to come out soon. This makes the prices of the previous iPhone generation reduce. And if you have an attention of buying iPhone at this time, it’s not a good idea. Here are why!

Buying iPhone: new is always better
Firstly, iPhone 2016 will be available in the market soon. Although there is no confirmation of Apple, iPhone 7 is still believed to be launched in this September. And of course, new iPhone is always better than the old one. Especially, iPhone 7 this year will come with many great features like Lightning or optical zoom features.
Though this phone is said to have no difference comparing to its predecessor and it’s not worth waiting for, it is still one of the most awaited devices this year. So, instead of buying iPhone this time, why don’t you wait a little longer. And then after the launch date, you can decide which line of iPhone you want to buy.

The second reason is the price. After iPhone this year is launched, the company will discount the previous iPhone models. Even though this amount is not much, it still helps you save your money. This means if you buy an iPhone before iPhone 7 launch date, you will have to pay more than buying iPhone after this day. So, be patient and you will get a good deal.
Buying iPhone: why must hurry?
Lastly, there are more and more Android smartphones in the market. And those devices are very powerful. For instance, Samsung has just released its new flagship Note 7 to the market. In the near future, more great handsets will come out: LG V20, new Nexus, Xperia X2, etc. And those phones have the similar prices to iPhone, even cheaper. So, why must you hurry to buy an iPhone?
LG V20 is the first Android N smartphone, NOT Nexus phone
LG V20 will sport Android Nougat according to the recent leak. So, besides the wonderful specs it offered, LG V20 also become the first Android Nougat smartphone.
LG V20-the first Android Nougat smartphone!
For the past few years, each new Android Os have been launched along with the release of a new Nexus phone. We also expected Android N would be launched on Nexus Marlin and Nexus Saifish which are two new Nexus phone. But that could be changed this year. From the recent statement, Google has confirmed that LG V20 is the first Android N smartphone when it is out of box.
When deciding to release Android N on LG V20, Google must have seen the potential of this LG phone. This new LG phone, with strong internals and gorgeous design, becomes the new LG flagship.
