This was a model produced and announced by Turing Robotic Industries (TRI) last year. Yet, it has been postponed since December 2015 and is said to come back in the Q1 of 2016. Some say that the delay is due to the manufacturer’s decision of replacing the machine’s Android OS with Sailfish OS. We are not sure if it is a good idea since Android devices now are being loved a lot.

Though Sailfish OS is a unique, interesting system developed from Meego OS of Nokia, it seems to have many difficulties in getting close to users. Furthermore, it has a kind of poor app source, which can be one of the main reasons why we almost hardly see any new device running on Sailfish nowadays. Nonetheless, perhaps TRI has found out a way to solve all the problems, claiming that Sailfish OS will bring super smooth performances and new excellent experience to people. Besides, it can also run Android apps well.

If so, Turing Phone will probably become one of the most outstanding smartphones in 2016 thanks to such special hardware and appearance. As we know, Turing Phone design “LIQUIDMORPHIUM” material, even stronger than steel and titanium. Under the hood, there will be a 5.5-inch Full HD display, a MSM8974AC Quad Krait 2.5GHz processor, a 3,000mAh battery, 3GB RAM, 16/64/128GB ROM, and a 13MP/8MP camera combo to run the machine.

Turing Phone price and availability

In spite of going on pre-order, Turing Phone will be delivered and available for sale in the upcoming April. As for its price, Turing Phone 16GB version will cost $610, while the 64GB and 128GB ver will be $740 and $870, respectively. What do you think? A good price for a good phone?

Nokia E1 VS Nokia C9 are getting huge attentions for their specs, along with the super affordable prices. Nokia E1 for around 250 USD  comes with a 4.9-inch Full HD screen, 2GB of RAM, Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS and moreover an awesome Nokia 20MP PureView rear camera! Speaking more specifically, from what we know about Nokia Comeback 2016, the Nokia C9 is really going to aim at mid-range market, and will be even cheaper then the Nokia E1 with a price of 170 USD. Nokia C9 mobile is slightly larger with an estimated 5.0-inch Full HD display, a beautiful Nokia 16 MP Pureview sensor and a big 4000 mAh  battery. Similar with the Nokia E1, the Nokia C9 will also run o the newest version of Android 6.0.

Overall, Nokia E1 VS Nokia C9 specs are not very different from each other when it comes to strength comparison. We have to admit that Nokia E1 may be a bit better than Nokia C9 in terms of taking pictures, with the  gorgeous 20MP Pureview camera.  On the other hand the Nokia C9 comes with a slightly cheaper price, so its really up to you which you vote for!

Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro offering Windows 10 Mobile is a great idea?

Recently, SamMobile has posted a model considered as the upcoming Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro with code name SM-9100. Furthermore, the handset is also said to be brought to India for experts to test and it will come out soon this year. Obviously, SM-9100 can totally be an advanced variant of Samsung Galaxy A9 (2016), whose code name is SM-9000. But, we feel a bit strange about the “Pro” because most Samsung enhanced devices usually go with “Plus”.

As a result, many people deduce that Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro will be running on Windows 10 Mobile of Microsoft, just like Samsung Galaxy TabPro S tablet also named with “Pro” and it is equipped with Windows OS. Though, the manufacturer has not confirmed anything yet. What we’ve known so far is that Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro specs will be likely to pack a big 6.0-inch Full HD screen (similar to the Samsung Galaxy A9 display) plus a Snapdragon 652 (4 x 1.8GHz + 4 x 1.2GHz) chip to be basic.

Other specifications may include 3GB of RAM and a battery capable of at least 4,000mAh. Apart from them, there’s no word made for the rest. Actually, we think if Samsung decides to retain almost all of the Samsung Galaxy A9 (2016) specs, OS can be the main difference and help enrich consumers’ choice.

Basing on what we know of Samsung Galaxy A series in general and Samsung Galaxy A9 (2016) in particular, the A9 Pro will probably also debut in China first with a price tag of about $500. Lately, we have received a very interesting piece of news related to Microsoft and Apple saying that Microsoft will be bringing iOS on iPhones and iPads their Windows Phone keyboard. Additionally, it will even include a special one-handed mode, promising to help users type everything easily with just one hand. Though, unlike the one-handed mode on Windows 10 Mobile which simply squishes closer to one side, the iOS version is different.

Specifically speaking, the iOS keyboard will work on each side of the screen. You can use either left or right hand to swipe letters or type with convenience. And one awesome thing is that it can be turned into a fanned key layout as what you see in the picture. But that just for the appearcen. The Word Flow will be retained just like in the Windows Phone version. Accessing word suggestions, emoji, etc. and swiping letters (like Swype) will be the same.

In general, we think this is a great idea and feel glad that finally iPhones and iPads can get such a useful feature. So, no matter how big the device is, we bet that fanned iOS keyboard will make the typing process quicker and more convenient. Do you agree?
