Finally, the official information about launching the newest flagship – Xiaomi Mi 5- was announced by Xiaomi company. This news comes already from the CES 2015. According to this confirmtion, Xiaomi will enter the US Market, reported by the Chinese Economic Daily News and Digitime and later confirmed by Forbes. This activity shows the Xiaomi’s ambition to gain US market share. Currently, as you know, Xiaomi is already the third biggest flagship maker in the world, chasing only Apple and Samsung corporation.

If you search carefully the specs of all handsets in current time, enable to say that Xiaomi Mi4 as well as Xiaomi Mi5 will absolutely set new standard. It looks like the next step of Xiaomi – publishing the Xiaomi Mi 5 in January 2015– with Snapdragon 810, a screen of 5.7″, 2K display is really an important step. Xiaomi Mi4 have already come in 2 colours: White and black. But now, a 3rd colour have been added to its phone line up – called “Silver wings”.

There isn’t really much different between this new device with the rest version of Xiaomi Mi4 except for seemingly creating a new style option. It priced at 1999 Yuan (PHP 14563 at the current exchange rate) with a version of 16GB and 4G LTE.

Honestly, the idea of “Silver wings” have existed before, based on the idea of a Meizu MX  fan. After that, Meizu launched in a limited Edition “Silver wings” model. This phone is designed in a black phone with the silver sides of the white model. This idea is a so great that Meizu decided to generate it in to their range for MX4 and MX4 Pro. The Meizu MX4 “Silver Wings” has also the 20.7 MP Sony Camera, Eight Core MT6595 processor, 2GB of RAM and LTE. It will also sell for 1799 YUAN (PHP 13106) in China. We are still expecting to wait for its international version.

Maybe, creating”Silver wings” (or some thing like that) comes from a specific idea of Xiaomi. But i wonder that what feedbacks Xiaomi will receive this time. Though we all know that, borrowing “idea”, meaning taking “inspiration” from other brands can be acceptable. But in my view, i hope that more and more different idea will be created and used in the future phone.

It looks like 2014 is a wonderful year of the Chinese phone makers which pointed out many success and also showed the possibilities for new company. And the Jia Yu S3 is beginning to prove it.

Jiayu have been putting the S3 some previous months and  which is logical, they have been revealed specifically about specs and design. All of its information is completely, except for the launch date and, most importantly, the price.

Well today we at least now get the official Chinese price for the flagship S3, a handset that is pround of 4G LTE, a 64bit Mediatek SoC and up to 3GB RAM!

There are 2 versions of the Jia Yu S3, including with a 2GB RAM variant without NFC and a 3GB RAM variant with NFC. Although those are the Chinese prices, meaning that some surcharge might be added, likely shipping fee, commission, etc. But lastly, it’s still a good bargain. Some important specs is revealed, such as: a 5.5-inch 1080p display, dual SIM, 13 mega-pixel Sony IMX214 rear camera, 3000mAh battery, dual flash. And JiaYu ensure for accurate and fast GPS. Audio hardware is promising too, with the phone boasting dual speakers. With just 16GB on board it is great to have a micro SD card is part of the package with plenty of room to replace for dual SIM slots too.

With a wise design, we can see that the JiaYu S3 is one of the best looking JiaYu flagship up-to-date. Full dimensions are 152 x 75.5 x 8.9mm. Body thickness is 8.9mm but a nicely tapered rear means the phone will fit your hand well than it actually is. JiaYu designers have also done a great job of keeping the overall width down to only 75.5mm, a very respectable figure for a 5.5-inch device.

Xiaomi has a significant delvelopment and finally climb up the third largest manufacturer in the world and the leader maker in Chinese market. A strong competion between Xiaomi and the others, such as: Lenovo, Huawei, ZTE, Meizu…is also happend fiercely. But except for Meizu, for sure none of these OEMs were able to offer their flagship devices at low price. Additionally, they will even launch an extremely acceptable mid-end device in a bid to fight head-to-head with Xiaomi’s Redmi 1S flasgship – a super hot one. But after releasing the Meizu MX4 and MX4 Pro, it seems that the distance between them is closer than ever. Eventually, 2015 will be an intense rival in the Chinese market. And of course, it’s really need to go on.

A couple of days ago, we reported a news about a new device, alleged Xiaomi Mi5. This news comes from Chinese Analyst Sun Changxu. He said that Mi5 is already being developed and the device will probably feature Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 810 octa-core processor which comes with an Adreno 430 GPU for graphics rendering. The device will support a 5.7-inch Quad HD display, and we’ll also get a fingerprint scanner including in the device. But the most unbelievable thing comes from an amazing price – 1,999 Yuan (14578 PHP). It’s kind of difficult to trust something like that, but hey, it’s Xiaomi!

And sadly, after a short time, arising some rumours about a new device of Meizu – MX5– seemingly the direct rival of the Xiaomi Mi5. The first MX5 render shown on the Chinese news-site Weibo, of course, and was posted by @Deelie, who is an Android engineer. According to the source, MX5 will arrive with a 2K display, fingerprint scanner. Otherwise, in the same source, its phone will be equipped with Nokia 41-megapixel  main camera sensor.

Wow, 41 MP nokia camear is an impressive spec, and may be it’s a little hard for you to believe. I somehow doubt that will be true. But, who knows? Maybe we all are off. So, be patient, guys!

Dakele have been creating much noise over the past few weeks with an annoucement about incredible hardware and high quality construction. Finally, Dakele 3 will be launched on the 9th, Dec. And happily, it looks very good to us, even if the design is not  much different with iPhone6. Here are the detail specificatons about its device as far we know.

What’s actually impressive about the Android-based device is its specs and a sapphire crystal screen. Dakele 3 arrives with a 5-inch Full HD display that offers a 441ppi pixel density with impressive Mali-T760 GPU. Moreover, its device includes 16 GB space of storage built-in, 3 GB of RAM memory including with a microSD card slot up to 128 GB in size.

On paper the Dakele 3 is sporting of an octa-core MediaTek MT6752 processor with eight-core 64-bit architecture, clocked at 1.7 GHz (64-bit) that will easily beat out against even top of the range Qualcomm device.

Otherwise, It comes with a 8 MP front-facing camera sensor and 13MP main camera from Sony as well.  There rear boasting a D-Bright custom flash from Osram and F2.0 aperture.

At the first look at this phone, the Dakele maybe take inspiration from iPhone 6. And apparantly, the only different thing in design is that it is created with a Sapphire glass front panel!

Other specs of the phone contain a 2.500 mAh battery capacity, a quick-charging feature and a case made out of titanium of 7.25 mm in thickness.

Dakele is though a brazen clone of iPhone 6, however, this device will be sold in 9th Dec, despite having been criticized or not. Of course, it will only be distributed in the Chinese market only. The retail price in China is just 1499 Yuan (10932 PHP). Sounds great! It is significantly less than the Meizu MX4 and way even cheaper than current Xiaomi and OnePlus flagship devices.

OnePlus One have been making a plenty of noise about its device over the past few weeks. Do you feel excited with all of rumour news around the mystery OnePlus Two in recent time. For me, i guess that all of this thing makes OnePlus One more attractive than ever.
Just a few days ago, OnePlus manufacture confirmed that the next generation of OnePlus One, probably named OnePlus Two, will be published by Q3 2015. And now, one of its Chinese online resellers, Coolicool, have listed the handset with full of specification as well as price.

As far as the specifications of OnePlus Two are concerned, according to this online website, OnePlus One will sport a processor of Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 chipset and feature a screen size of 5.5″. It is packed with a 3300mAh battery capacity with a Quad-core CPU. Its phone is stored in an 32 GB storage built-in. In addition, the listing also detail that the smartphone will sport a 16MP rear camera sensor while a 5 MP sensor will be available on front . Detaily, the price is at $551.99 (slightly above 24708 PHP).
Needless to say, none of this has been officially confirmed by OnePlus. Maybe any listed specs can be changed in the future. So, don’t expect its too much until getting the official announcement of OnePlus.
In additional news, yesterday, OnePlus One, 64GB variant, was priced at INR 21,999 (which is approximately 15911 PHP at the current exchange) in India in launch.

Chinese maker Xiaomi is in the news again and this time, they are giving us something far different. And this isn’t a smartphone as you may expect. It has been said that the company is attending to enter the camera market with a new creation, a Xiaomi MI GoPro-style action camera. 

As you know, Xiaomi has a close relationship with a Shanghai-based producer, named Ant Technologys. And this device is a good result of this collaboration.

It was noticed that the initial price will be at 999 Yuan, which is equivalent with 7316 Php in current currency exchange rate. Maybe you will think that price is not super low cost as the previous news. But, with an update GoPro Camera, its price is acceptable.

Moreover, the new Xiaomi Mi Pro action camera is said to be able to shoot 4K videos at 30fps or Full HD 1080p at 120fps. Further more, it has a wide 138 degree angle lens. Videos will be stored on SD cards with the maximum supported being a huge 128GB in size.

HTC has also tried out some similar thing and has published their RE Camera which is included with a 16-megapixel sensor combined with 146-degree ultra-wide angle lens. The waterproof device is capable of recording 1080p videos at 30fps. This has microSD sustain as well.

It seems that at the end of 2014, there are many rumour news about some new product will be launched in near future. Samsung- the Korea’s giant vendor though do have any annoucement about a new device. But some news said that Samsung Galaxy A7 will come soon.

After a meticulous test of TENNA in China, finally Samsung Galaxy A7 get the last approvement. This next smartphone is expected to be the Korean giant’s thinnest Galaxy smartphone in this time.
According to a visit of the Chinese representative, Samsung Galaxy A7 has a specific dimension of the eye. It measures 150.9 x 75.9 x 6.3 mm dimesion and a weight of 133 grams. This means that the device has a tad slimmer than the previous generation Samsung Galaxy Alpha.
China’s Telecommunication Equipment Certification Center likely says the truth that the Galaxy A7 is powered by a 64-bit, octa-core Snapdragon 615 processor, run clocking at 1.5 GHz. Other features contain LTE connectivity, a 13 MP (not 12 MP) main camera with LED flash, 5 MP secondary camera, 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB of non-expandable internal memory, and Android 4.4.4 KitKat.

As we mentioned yesterday, having some rumour news about a new Low-cost flagship, called Meizu K52 with LTE and 64BIT CPU. This device could be published on this month with a price of 7328 PHP (165 USD). So, which is logical, this phone have to appear on Antutu Benchmark already.

We guys know that there is a close relationship between Meizu and the Taiwanese Mediatek SOC manufacture. And as a good result of this relationship, Meizu MX4 was borned and now become the first smartphone which spots the powerful Octa-Core MT6595. Even the Meizu MX4 processor also won Galaxy Note 4. Sounds great.

And in this time, probably, Meizu K52 phone will sport the 64BIT Octa Core MT6752 as its sibling. And interestingly, there is a available mobile runs on Android Lollipop 5.0 on Geekbench that have exactly this specs, meaning MT6752 processor.

Eventually, this phone shows a very multi-score of 4260. Fortunately, The OnePlus One, for instance, could only get 2689 marks on Android Lollipop 5.0 at the same test. So, meaning that this phone have a super power.

Although we We yet have to see if this is really the new Meizu K52 64BIT phone for 7328 PHP in this benchmark. But if it’s true, there are so many advantages of K52 compared to other phone, Galaxy Note 4 and OnePlus One, for example. Meizu is doing a good job. After the Mi 3 and Redmi 1s, Xiaomi and Flipkart had put up the highly anticipated Redmi Note on sale. It features a healthy 2GB of RAM, making it one of the cheapest smartphones with 2GB of RAM. It spots a healthy 2Gb of Ram to be one of the cheapest flagship with 2 GB of RAM. Xiaomi has said that operation system will be updated to Android 5.0 Lollipop in the future, but the specific time was still not announced.
