Gionee announced that they will release their new slim smartphone on next March 2rd. While some rumours said that this phone is crazy thin with only 4.6 mm thickness, it highly seems that this phone isn’t as thin as we had hoped.

We have hoped that Gionee will create new record with the title ” World’s thinnest smartphone”, but in fact, its phone probably comes with 5.5mm thickness. But may be it’s a good news for us cuz its phone is not be packed crazy thin. Measuring 5.5mm is also thick enough to allow for a Super AMOLED display, 3.5mm headphone jack and SD card slot.

The Gionee Elife S7 will weigh only 126.5g and has a respectable 2700mAh battery. Besides that, the S7 will report 5.2-inch 1080p display, 13 mega-pixel rear and 8 mega-pixel front cameras and a MT6752 chipset. Its dimension is 148.8 × 72.4 × 5.5mm.

OnePlus also unveils their new logo. The new logo appear with a red square at the same size with old logo with with negative space in between creating the O, the chemical symbol for Oxygen.

Therefore, “We value things like battery life and system efficiency, so we’ve remained true to our ROM’s namesake and created a seamless experience that is lightweight and essential. This is reflected in our new logo for OxygenOS”, according to OnePlus. OnePlus reiterated that OxygenOS will be close to AOSP and will be lightweight, with priority to battery life and system efficiency

” Together, these designs represent the harmony between hardware and software, working to create a perfect balance within the OnePlus ecosystem”.

According to them, it takes some times to complete its system before releasing a Lollipop-based ROM. And although they don’t exactly mention about its release date or when it will be available for download but at least, we know that everything is solid and stable before making it available for download.

Xiaomi has officially confirmed that they will be entering the US Market and will launch their Xiaomi E-Commerce Store in the US very soon. 

According to official WEIBO account, Xiaomi has just said that there are now 100 million MIUI users worldwide which doubly increase with Summer 2014. And looking back Xiaomi’s history with only 4 years into producing smartphones, Xiaomi is amazing.

Xiaomi now attend to create their E-Commerce store in the US in short time from now. May be you need more, meaning a Xiaomi store in your local market, but at least, we have right to think about it in the near feature. Therefore, Xiaomi will release their Mi.Com store very soon and of course, they will sell some certain selected accessories to their US Xiaomi lovers.

HTC One M9 – the newest phone of HTC and now be one of most expected smartphone of 2015. HTC One M9 draw a lot of rumours and leaks. Looking back it all of its leaked photos so far, we have seen that the new HTC is definitely beautiful and truly makes us want to see it in real more.

HTC is expectedly releases on 1st March at the MWC, two weeks ahead from now. But it seems that its official pics as well as its specs surface now. Let talk about its phone.

HTC Executive – Gordan himself said that 2015 will the best HTC products ever including some “huge surprises” in earlier this year. Some rumors about Bose Sound before but it seems the HTC One M9 will be supported BoomSound speaker as the leaked HTC One M9 and One M9 PLus as well. LTE 6 support will give users up to 300Mbps download and 50Mbps upload speeds. On the side, there’s a microSD card slot.

For battery life, actually 2840 mAh is quite higher than its 240mAh predecessor battery. We should notice that the One M8 scored an battery consumption of 77 hours in normal condition so how much hours with the new phone?

HTC ONE M9 PICS

Here are batch of HTC One M9 cases which appear in reliable Spigen. Although we don’t get much information from the four bumpers, but it highly looks like to prove the camera and flash setup on the back that we have seen in previous leaks as well as the button position on the right side of the device. They are ready for preorder and will ship starting April 3. Looking at the front of these photo, alongside the Spigen renders we can see the difference camera position. But sadly the case makers don’t definitely announce any other information outside.

We don’t be strange with some luxury phones, with an amazingly high price, without offering a proportionally powerful hardware. 

Hanmac has just decided to launch their luxury device in China.  It offers two base models – the feature phone “Range” and the smartphone “Defency” (which has now been upgraded to the “New Defency”). Its phone has a truly unique, steampunk-ish design. They said that all of their features made by artisans employed by the company. Its phone is covered by lots of metal and gear-shaped elements.

So, we want to show you some specific specs of New Defency which is priced at $3,100 (or about PHP 137K). And you know what? Not talk about Snapdragon 810 or even Snapdragon 805, the New Defency is powered by MediaTek’s 6589 processor, clocked at 1.2GHz. And for the storage, 2GB of RAM, 64GB of onboard storage. Besides that, its phone is only 3-megapxiel front and 13-megapixel rear camera. In additionally, 1,440mAh battery for 3.5″ along with 480 x 800 resolution, runs on Android 4.2.

Sony meet many difficulties recently. Although they said that they will concentrate much on their high-end devices, but it doesn’t mean they will create much low and mid-range segment. Actually, Sony isn’t selling enough handsets and logically makes some troubles. The Sony Xperia E3 was unveiled in 2014, this handset was Sony’s low-mid range offering and interesting, we have some new info regarding its next generation, the Xperia E4.

Last year, this device was showed up at FCC and now its paid attention again. There are two surfaced renders, one of them doesn’t come with Sony’s logo (red), while the other one has larger bezels (blue).
